Meet Dr. Lauren Hanzlik 

Dr. Hanzlik grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado, and has always called Colorado home.  She studied Integrative Physiology at the University of Colorado, Boulder, before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.  After dental school, she completed a General Practice Residency at the VA Hospital in Denver, where she discovered her love for surgery.  That passion took her to New York City for an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery internship at The Mount Sinai, and then to Indiana University in Indianapolis for her surgical residency.

After training, Dr. Hanzlik was excited to return to Colorado.  In addition to her private practice, she gives back by volunteering with Cleft and Craniofacial team at Rock Mountain Children’s Hospital.

When she’s not caring for patients, you’ll likely find her on the tennis court – where she first met her husband, Brandon – or out skiing, traveling, or enjoying time with their dog, Bella.
