Meet Us

Dr. Lessig attended the University Of Nebraska College Of Dentistry where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery and completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training in Sinai Hospital of Detroit, in Michigan. He has been practicing surgery in the Denver area since 1991. Dr. Lessig is an active member of the Cleft Lip and Palate comprehensive care teams at Rose Medical Center and Kaiser Permanente. He travels yearly to Tanzania, Africa to perform Cleft Lip and Palate surgery for the needy people of the region.

Dr. Michalik received his undergraduate degree from the University of California. He went on to attend Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine where he received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Training and his MD at Georgetown University Medical center in Washington, D.C. He came to Denver in 1999 and pursued additional training in General Surgery at Exempla St. Joseph Hospital where he met Dr. Lessig at the Cleft Lip and Palate Clinic.

Dr. Weideman recieved his undergraduate degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. He then attended the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Dental Medicine where he received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree. After Dental school, Dr. Weideman left Philadelphia for the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where he completed his MD and his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency with 2 years of General Surgery Training and a certificate in Microvascular Surgery. After completing his training in 2008, he returned to Denver to join the Advanced Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Practice.
